Candidate Statement 2023
It is an honor to be nominated as Chair of the ISBA Section on Environmental Sciences (EnviBayes). I am committed to advancing our section's goals, which include engaging existing members, expanding outreach to the broader statistical community and environmental/public health organizations, creating programs to mentor students and junior researchers in Bayesian methods in environmental sciences, and enhancing the visibility and impact of our profession. It would be my honor to work with our other section officers and members and serve EnviBayes Section.
