VI COBAL: CALL FOR CONTRIBUTIONS
The VI Latinamerican Bayesian Conference
(http://congreso.pucp.edu.pe/cobal-vi/es/) will take place in Lima, Peru
on June 19 – 21, 2019. The meeting will be hosted by the campus of
Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. This is the sixth of a series
of meetings that took place in Ubatuba, Brasil (2002), Los Cabos, México
(2005), Pucón, Chile (2011), Medellín, Colombia (2015) and Guanajuato,
México (2017). The COBAL serve to disseminate Bayesian ideas within the
Latinamerican statistical community, offering interested researchers
and academics in the region the opportunity for interaction and
discussion. COBAL put particular emphasis in fostering participation of
junior researchers.
The program will consist of short courses, plenary lectures, invited

We are currently accepting contributions in the form of talks or posters. Please submit your proposal no later than February 28 to http://congreso.pucp.edu.pe/cobal-vi/es/call-for-papers/ with the name of the authors, the tile and an abstract.
Please notice that, as it is traditional at COBAL meetings, the
lectures and posters will be delivered in Spanish or Portuguese, with
slides written in English. Please submit your title and abstract in English.
