Registration is now open for the 2022 Objective Bayes Methodlogy Conference.
The deadline to submit poster presentations has been extended to June 15.

O’Bayes section and the organizing committee have secured funding from NSF and UCSC for junior researchers. Junior investigators are invited to apply for (partial) travel support. If you are a graduate student, postdoctoral trainee or young investigator (graduated with PhD no more than four years ago) and you are giving a poster you are eligible to apply. Women researchers and underrepresented groups in statistics are especially encouraged to apply. Please indicate your eligibility for the travel support in your poster submission.

The 2022 Objective Bayes Methodology Conference will be held on the campus of the University of California Santa Cruz, from September 6 to 10 2022. Information about the conference is available at the website

https://obayes.soe.ucsc.edu.

The conference will feature invited presentations and discussions by a number of experts in the field of OBayes. It will also feature contributions in the form of poster presentations. The submission of poster presentations is open. Those interested should send by email to Gonzalo Garcia-Donato (Gonzalo.GarciaDonato@uclm.es) a one page PDF file containing the author information, poster title, and abstract. Please indicate in the subject line “Poster submission for OBayes22”. The deadline is May 15.

Hope to see you in Santa Cruz in September!
