To register for ISBA 2008:
  • Please complete the registration form at the bottom of this page, and
  • Fax it to +61 7 38930593   OR  (If you experience problems faxing, please use one of the other methods)
  • Sign, scan and email it back to isba08@qut.edu.au     OR

CANCELLATION POLICY:
  1. Cancellations of conference registration before 29th February 2008 will be subject to a $A 200 administration fee.
  2. Cancellations after this date will be considered by the organising committee. Any refunds will be made at the discretion of the organising committee.
     

In addition to the standard conference costs, the registration covers the following social events:
  • Welcome reception on Monday evening
  • Gala dinner on Thursday evening
  • Breakfast Tuesday - Thursday
  • Morning & Afternoon tea Tuesday - Thursday
  • Delegates will be able to purchase additional tickets for guests who wish to attend social functions

Please note that accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee. See details on Accommodation.

A block booking has been taken for accommodation, however accommodation after the Early Bird cut-off on 29th February 2008 is not guaranteed.

  • Edit the form to add your details, then print it and fax or mail it to the address on the form.
  • An email confirmation will be sent within one week of receiving the registration form. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email the organising committee.
  • The final social program and prices are still being formulated. However, delegates will be able to purchase additional tickets for guests wishing to attend these events. When prices are known, delegates already registered will be advised and application forms will be placed on the website.
