Conference delegates are encouraged to stay at the Reef View Hotel or the Reef View Apartments; see details below. All prices are in Australian dollars.

Delegates wishing to stay using the conference block booking will be required to register for accommodation using the Hamilton Island Booking form. This page will be updated when that becomes available.

Accommodation in the block booking will not be guaranteed after the Early Bird cut-off date (29th February 2008).

Rooms and apartments at the Reef View Hotel are priced on a 'per room' basis and are priced for conference delegates at $270 per room. Rooms are large and can accommodate 1-4 persons. (2 people would be very comfortable in a hotel room; 2-4 people can sleep comfortably in an apartment. Apartments have cooking facilities.)

The 4 star Reef View Hotel features spacious, well appointed rooms all with private balconies which overlook either tropical gardens (Garden View rooms, floors 1-4) or the breathtaking vista of the Coral Sea (Coral Sea View rooms, floors 5-18). The views of the Whitsunday Passage from the Reef View Hotel's Coral Sea View rooms are amongst the best in the world. Every room has a private balcony facing the sea. Guests have access to a range of swimming pools and Catseye Beach is directly opposite.
